DryPro Model 832

The world's smallest medical laser imager utilizes advanced technology to maximize reliability without sacrificing performance. Small yet mighty, the DRYPRO 832 boasts the fastest time to print in the industry at 50 seconds to first print. With a capacity of 90 sheet per hour throughput, this laser imager has enough bandwidth for most imaging environments.

Consistently produce sharp, high definition images with the DRYPRO 832. The system boasts semiconductor laser and precision optics that produce 78.6 µm pixel size; a linear heating system that does not heat a drum enhances durability and stability while saving space.

With the ability to handle four film sizes, 14"x17", 11"x14", 10"x12", and 8"x10", the DRYPRO 832 is the ideal laser imager for high-quality, efficient imaging.

The DRYPRO 832 Laser Imager Versatile

The versatile DRYPRO 832 accepts four film sizes (14"×17", 11"×14", 10"×12", and 8"×10") and by installing an additional, optional supply unit, two trays can be used to offer two film sizes at the same time.

An external print server (PrintLink V), included with the imager, efficiently processes and queues DICOM print requests. Additionally, Konica Minolta’s PrintLink® III solutions receive images from legacy, non-DICOM modalities (digital or video) and output images via DICOM. And by supporting gigabit network speeds, the system handles multiple images very efficiently to further maximize workflow productivity.

User-friendly

The DRYPRO 832 is easy to use, warms up quickly, and is very quiet. Film loading and routine care can be performed simply by the user through easy access panels.

A clearly visible status light changes color to indicate “Ready”, “Printing”, and “Film Empty” conditions so you can recognize the system status from a distance.

DRYPRO 873

The versatile, compact, fast and eco-friendly DRYPRO 873 offers a new dimension in image quality and advanced technology. This compact Dry Laser Imager boasts the world’s smallest design yet has a high throughput of 90 films per hour with four film sizes (choice of: 14"x17", 11"x14", 10"x12", 8"x10"). The DRYPRO 873 is mammography ready with 43.75µm and 4.0 Dmax.

With the DRYPRO 873, the developing process has been redesigned for fast mass volume processing. The use of a feed roller in the film supply unit and adoption of the plate-method heating unit contribute to creating the shortest film pass structure. Experience 14-bit grayscale output, 50 seconds first print time, up to three film trays, and a maximum of 16 DICOM connections.

The simple design emits less noise for a user-friendly working environment. The system configuration saves the image data to an external PC, eliminating the hard disk drive from the unit for a more stable system operation. The DRYPRO 873 is engineered for ease-of-use, featuring system status indicators, such as Film Empty and Tray Selection that are easily recognized from a distance.

The DRYPRO 873 is eco friendly and designed for 30% energy savings. The DRYPRO 873 uses heat processing in the imaging step and achieves a 30% reduction in electricity consumption compared with previous types.*

*8 hours/day, printing of 100 sheets

Full Options for Various Purposes

The standard film supply uses two trays but up to three trays can be optionally mounted. An additional optional film supply tray for the DRYPRO 873 (four sizes from 14"×17" to 8"×10") is available. Any combination is possible depending on your requirements. The optional 6-channel sorter is also available, which is useful for sorting by modality after printing.

Fast Print Output

By adopting a number of new technologies, the first print output has been reduced significantly to about 50 seconds. The DRYPRO 873 can enhance workflow up to 180 sheets (mixed sizes) per hour.

For Digital Mammography

The combination of the optical unit (43.75μm) that enables detailed recording and the SD-QM film can support a maximum density of 4.0 Dmax in two film sizes, 8"x10" and 10"x12". For daily maintenance of mammography, this imager can support mammography QC patterns for film density control and quality digital mammography imaging*.

*Cleaning is recommended every 2000 sheets.

DRYPRO ΣⅡ is a desktop 2-ch dry imager.
Four film sizes are available: 14x17,11x14,10x12, and 8x10.
Two film sizes can be used simultaneously, for example, 14x17 and 11x14, or 14x17 and 8x10.

DRYPRO ΣⅡ is networked imager capable of connecting directly to DICOM print compliant devices.
In addition to DICOM basic grayscale print functions, the DRYPRO ΣⅡ supports Presentation LUT, which enables printed film to more accurately match diagnostic monitors.

A semiconductor laser is used to produce a 50-µm pixel pitch, resulting in high image resolution.
Powerful image-processing algorithms are utilized to simultaneously optimize both the image smoothness and the text sharpness.
Diagnostic clarity is preserved and patient data are always legible, regardless of the print size.
